雷射蝦 (Xia Laser) 創立於 2012 年，工作室座落於新北市八里區的淡水河畔。 創辦人憑藉著對精準度的執著，將傳統雷射加工轉化為一門收納藝術。

What Makes Our Work Different
Professional 泡棉客製化 (custom foam fabrication) requires mastery of three disciplines: material science, laser physics, and spatial layout engineering. Most foam cutting services can handle simple shapes, but complex multi-item layouts with tight tolerances demand years of accumulated expertise.
Our CNC laser system calibrates CO2 wavelength, pulse frequency, and focal travel speed for each specific foam material before cutting begins. This prevents Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) carbonization that cheaper laser cutters leave along cut edges — a problem that compromises both aesthetics and structural integrity.
Every project at Xia Laser starts with a permanent digital CAD template, allowing us to reproduce any insert with identical precision years after the original order.
Remote Order Service for All Clients
Not every client can visit our Bali studio in person. Our remote service allows clients anywhere in Taiwan — and internationally in Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore — to order without shipping their equipment to us.
Simply send us a photo of your equipment and case. We assess feasibility, propose a layout, and guide you through a simple self-measurement process. Completed foam inserts are shipped by courier upon completion.
As an authorized dealer for Pelican and Wonderful Case, we offer a complete solution from hard shell to precision foam insert in a single order.
Materials and Quality Standards
We select foam materials based on the specific requirements of each project. High-density EVA foam with Shore Hardness between 35 and 45 degrees is our standard choice for heavy equipment such as cinema cameras and industrial instruments.
For applications requiring superior elastic recovery — such as cases that are opened and closed dozens of times per day — we use EPE foam with precisely calibrated laser parameters to prevent edge melting. Anti-static (ESD) foam is available for sensitive electronics and semiconductor transport applications.
Every material choice is documented in our project file alongside the digital cutting template, ensuring that replacement inserts are produced with identical specifications years after the original order.
